About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Steward to join our hospitality team in Delhi. You will play a key part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our restaurant and hotel dining areas, supporting both service and kitchen teams.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service stations and equipment.
- Wash dishes, glassware and utensils using proper sanitation procedures.
- Assist service staff with table setup, clearance and restocking of supplies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of clean tableware.
- Manage waste disposal and follow safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide basic food and beverage support during peak periods.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations and service standards.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail, reliability and a collaborative attitude.
- Basic education with proficiency in the local language; English is an advantage.
