About the role
The Steward will deliver excellent food and beverage service, welcome guests, and help ensure smooth restaurant operations. This position plays a key part in creating a memorable experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome, seat, and assist guests.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Maintain restaurant setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Ensure proper table setting and replenish service stations.
- Handle guest queries and coordinate with managers for guest satisfaction.
- Follow SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Assist in opening, shift, and closing duties.
- Support team members and participate in training sessions.
Required profile
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant floor operations.
