Steward – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our food and beverage team at our Gurugram location. The Steward will play a key part in ensuring smooth service operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting guests throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange service areas, tables, and buffet stations according to daily requirements.
• Replenish supplies, stock service equipment, and assist with basic inventory tasks.
• Clear tables, handle used linens, and ensure all dining zones remain tidy and hygienic.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor staff to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food‑handling guidelines at all times.
• Participate in regular training sessions to keep service standards up to date.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, responsive attitude.
• Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage service standards and menu items.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks safely.
• Reliability in following schedules, procedures, and hygiene protocols.
