STEM Coding Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate STEM Coding Teacher to join our on‑site team in East Bangalore. In this full‑time position you will spend 4‑5 hours each day teaching students from Grades 1 to 10 using our proprietary curriculum on coding, robotics and digital creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons that teach kids how to build games, apps, animations and simple robots.
• Break down complex coding and electronics concepts into simple, fun explanations.
• Answer student questions patiently and provide ongoing support.
• Assist in maintaining a high‑quality learning experience across our partner school network.

Required profile

• Resident of Bangalore.
• Degree in BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BE or a related field with good academic performance (75% or 7.5+ CGPA).
• 2‑3 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience.
• Patient, friendly and able to manage a classroom of young learners.

Required skills

• Basic programming knowledge.
• Proficiency with block‑coding platforms such as Scratch or Code.org.
• Hands‑on experience with Arduino or Raspberry Pi boards.
