About the role
We are seeking a recent CA graduate to join our statutory audit team as an Associate. The role offers exposure to audit engagements across various industries and ensures compliance with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed audit procedures including vouching, ledger scrutiny, and physical verification of assets.
- Prepare accurate audit working papers and maintain comprehensive evidence files.
- Ensure client financial records comply with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and the Standards on Auditing (SAs).
- Assist senior auditors in reviewing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and drafting audit reports.
- Coordinate with client finance teams to gather data, resolve queries, and build professional relationships.
Required profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (recent pass-out) with completed mandatory articleship.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Accounting Standards and Company Law.
- Good written and verbal communication with an analytical mindset.
