About the role
We are seeking a Staff Software & Test Engineer to design and review test automation frameworks for machine learning models, collaborate with ML engineers, and ensure the quality of our software products. This role is open exclusively to candidates with locomotive disability, low vision (up to 50%), or hearing impairment (up to 50%) and requires a valid UDID card.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for ML models and software.
- Work closely with ML engineers to verify functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Establish metrics collection, reporting, and test effectiveness across the team.
- Create test plans, cases, and maintain training/evaluation data sets.
- Integrate new data into existing ML models and track performance improvements.
- Build and maintain data pipelines on Hadoop, Snowflake, and GCP.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in software testing and ML.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Locomotive disability, low vision up to 50% or hard of hearing up to 50%.
- Valid UDID card.
- Proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Python programming.
- Typescript and Angular 16.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hadoop and Snowflake.
- Jenkins for CI/CD.
- Automation pipelines for ML model verification.
