Staff Product Manager, Connectors

About the role

As a Staff Product Manager you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of connectors that drive Fivetran’s growth. The role is based in Bangalore and follows a hybrid work model combining remote flexibility with in‑person collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of connector products and make strategic decisions to grow and improve revenue.
• Accelerate the connector roadmap using AI‑driven development.
• Leverage data, customer research and market insights to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver the product roadmap.
• Define and track product health metrics to ensure connectors meet customer needs and company principles.
• Provide clarity and alignment on complex or ambiguous product problems.
• Communicate product strategy, progress and impact to stakeholders.
• Evangelize product initiatives both internally and externally.

Required profile

• Proven track record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable results.
• Experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI for product development.
• Ability to translate complex details into clear, concise requirements for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong customer empathy and focus on delivering significant value.
• Attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Capacity to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrated use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with APIs and managing API‑driven integrations.
