Staff Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and self‑motivated Staff Product Designer to join EarnIn’s Financial Intelligence Platform team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing and improving core experiences such as bank connectivity, earnings tracking and repayment, while ensuring quality, simplicity and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine core experiences across the full customer journey, from bank connection to earnings tracking and repayment.
• Partner with product, engineering, data and compliance teams to define requirements and validate solutions through research and usability testing.
• Establish and maintain design patterns and systems that ensure consistency and simplicity across platform features.
• Identify friction points in critical flows and create solutions that improve usability, clarity, confidence, and compliance.
• Leverage research findings and customer feedback to inform design strategy and prioritize measurable impact.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience designing consumer‑facing digital products, with a strong portfolio showing measurable improvements to user satisfaction and retention.
• Deep understanding of financial products, user trust, and designing clear, complex workflows.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for articulating design rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work in structured environments with planned roadmaps and drive projects to completion.
