Staff Product Analyst, Consumer

About the role

This is a high‑impact role for an analyst who wants to own the data behind a core part of our Consumer business and use it to change what gets built. You’ll partner directly with product, design, and engineering to drive growth of the direct‑to‑consumer funnel from landing to policy activation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytics for your product area, partnering with PMs across the Consumer funnel to define success metrics and ensure data‑driven decisions.
• Design, instrument, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor, influencing conversion, approval, activation, and retention.
• Develop deep customer and funnel insights across segments and translate them into product recommendations.
• Validate AI‑assisted analysis outputs and ensure the quality of insights.
• Build self‑serve dashboards and frameworks for PMs and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product, growth analytics or data science experience in high‑growth consumer environments.
• Proven track record of influencing product decisions and roadmap, not just reporting.
• Ability to identify gaps, frame questions, build answers and communicate findings to the right audience.

Required skills

• Expertise in SQL and modern analytics stack (Snowflake, Amplitude).
• Proficiency in Python (or R) and familiarity with dbt.
• Strong experience designing and interpreting experiments, applying regression, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing.
• Daily use of AI tools with judgment over AI output.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
