Staff Nurse – Rehabilitation & Post‑Hospital Care

Pranodha Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its rehabilitation and post‑hospital care team in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering evidence‑based nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, chronic conditions, or intensive care, both in home settings and at the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized care such as tracheostomy, catheter, and Ryle’s tube management.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and support recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and infection‑control protocols.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation exercises.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, applying critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.

Required profile

• Recognised nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing or equivalent) with valid registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation, post‑ICU, home healthcare or medical‑surgical nursing.
• Ability to work in shifts and provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and clear communication with patients and families.
