Staff Nurse – OPD & Diagnostic Care

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at the E-2, Arera Colony location in Bhopal. The role focuses on providing high‑quality outpatient care across multiple specialties while supporting diagnostic and minor surgical procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD patients in Gynaecology, Paediatrics, ENT, Orthopaedics, Medicine and other specialties.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as ECG, TMT, Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and X‑ray.
• Assist doctors during Echo, USG and other OPD procedures.
• Provide bedside care in the observation room, including administering injections, medicines and IV cannulation (Venflon).
• Handle minor OT duties, autoclaving and CSSD processes.
• Deliver urgent care services including wound dressings and suturing.
• Maintain accurate patient records using computer systems.

Required profile

• Qualified GNM or BSc Nursing graduate (preferred).
• Minimum of 1‑2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Confident, positive attitude with no night‑duty requirement.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced outpatient environment.
