Staff Nurse

About the role

Provide comprehensive nursing care in ICU/OT settings, focusing on General and Ob Gyn departments, including emergency support and critical care interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver emergency support and interventions in critical care situations.
• Monitor and manage IV lines, ensuring accurate medication administration and fluid management.
• Operate and manage ventilators and other life‑support systems according to protocols.
• Assist in surgical procedures while maintaining sterile techniques and patient safety.
• Conduct continuous patient monitoring, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation for all patient interactions and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post‑operative care and discharge planning.

Required profile

• GNM General Nursing and Midwifery or BSc Nursing qualification.
• Experience or training in General and Ob Gyn departments.
