Staff Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality patient care, support doctors during procedures, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to in‑patients.
• Monitor vital signs, assess health conditions, and report changes to physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure infection control and follow all safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on medication, treatment plans, and post‑care instructions.
• Handle and maintain medical equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• 1–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and handle rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
