About the role
Provide critical care nursing in a 24‑bed multi‑specialty ICU at a partner hospital in Hyderabad. The role involves close monitoring of ventilated patients, medication administration and collaboration with intensivists to deliver high‑quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver bedside nursing care to critically ill patients in a 24‑bed ICU.
- Monitor and manage ventilated patients, ensuring optimal respiratory support.
- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
- Coordinate patient care plans with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to ICU protocols.
- Participate in rotational shift schedules to provide 24‑hour coverage.
Required profile
- B.Sc or GNM in Nursing with valid council registration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care settings.
- Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Required skills
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Ventilator management and monitoring.
