Staff Nurse (GNM/DGNM/Midwifery) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The position is full‑time and suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. You will work closely with doctors and other professionals to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist patients with daily activities.
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment plans and update patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, documenting any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication usage, and post‑treatment care.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures to ensure a safe environment.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in nursing or related healthcare field.
• Relevant degree such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, or BVSC (as specified by the employer).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients and families.
• Compassionate attitude with a willingness to provide emotional support.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
