Staff Nurse (GNM/DGNM) – Patient Care

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse qualified in GNM or DGNM to join our healthcare team. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for all patients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist patients with daily activities such as bathing and eating.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about medical procedures, treatment plans, and medication instructions.
• Accurately record patient information, treatment plans, and progress in medical charts.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety by following all safety protocols and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing (GNM/DGNM) or related fields such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• High attention to detail regarding patient information, medication dosages, and treatment plans.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward patients.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
