Job description
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
- Assist doctors during procedures by preparing equipment and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Regularly monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Educate patients and families about health management, medications, and post‑treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including assessments and care plans.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate care and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Degree in a relevant field such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, or B.E.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and families.
- Attention to detail for accurate patient monitoring and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Commitment to compassionate patient care and a team‑oriented attitude.
