Staff Nurse & Front Desk Manager – HRBR Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse who will also manage front‑desk duties at our HRBR branch in Bangalore. The role supports doctors during consultations and cosmetic procedures while ensuring a smooth, patient‑first experience throughout the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consultant doctors during patient consultations, minor procedures and cosmetic treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and consumables, maintaining sterility and readiness.
• Monitor patients before, during and after procedures, report any adverse reactions promptly.
• Educate patients on pre‑ and post‑procedure care instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes and clinical documentation.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and coordinate restocking.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sterilisation and infection‑control protocols.
• Handle minor emergencies, provide first‑response care and escalate to doctors as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Required profile

• GNM or BSc Nursing degree from a recognised institution.
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• Freshers welcome; prior experience in a cosmetic/dermatology/aesthetic clinic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced clinical setting.
