Staff Nurse for ICU

About the role
The hospital is seeking three dedicated staff nurses to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. Candidates will work in a fast‑paced environment delivering critical care to patients and will follow the duty roster for shift scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Follow the duty roster and work the assigned full‑time shifts.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Prepare and ensure functionality of ICU equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
- Graduated with GNM or B.Sc Nursing.
- Available to join immediately.
- Willing to work full‑time according to the duty roster.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Commitment to professional conduct and hospital policies.
