Staff Nurse – Emergency & Pre-Hospital Care

About the role

The Staff Nurse will deliver high‑quality patient care in emergency and pre‑hospital settings, supporting advanced ambulance operations at Zenzo HealthCare in Bhubaneswar.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and administer medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and provide stabilization during transport.
• Assist physicians and paramedical staff, manage medical equipment, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain infection‑control practices and hygiene standards.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate with hospital teams, and contribute to quality‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered nurse with a recognized nursing program (GNM, B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent).
• Experience in critical care, emergency services, or pre‑hospital care.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, make sound clinical judgments, and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in documentation, record keeping, and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
