Staff Nurse cum Guest Relations Officer

About the role

The position combines clinical nursing duties with guest relations responsibilities in a healthcare centre. The incumbent will record patient measurements, collect blood samples, administer vaccines and support administrative tasks while ensuring a positive experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Record basic patient details such as weight, height and BMI.
• Perform phlebotomy, label tubes, affix bar‑codes and hand over samples for laboratory testing.
• Administer mandatory vaccines, generate vaccination vouchers and verify immunisation status.
• Enter medical data into electronic records and maintain accurate patient files.
• Monitor vital signs, conduct vision tests and capture customer satisfaction scores.
• Manage inventory of medical consumables, non‑consumables and vaccines.
• Verify service receipts, lab job orders and update dispatch registers online.
• Dispose of biomedical waste according to state guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Registered with the local nursing regulatory body.
• Computer literate and able to use basic healthcare software.
