About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at a leading Indian hospital. The role involves delivering high‑quality bedside care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals for coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes promptly.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper bedside care.
• Operate and care for medical equipment safely.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing with first‑division marks in 10th and 12th.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, active listening, teamwork, and effective communication.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
