Staff Nurse – Bardez, Goa

About the role

The hospital is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join its Bardez location. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support clinical teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care according to prescribed medication and monitor patient responses.
• Perform initial and periodic patient assessments within defined time frames.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative care following hospital protocols.
• Maintain inventory of medicines and equipment and ensure proper biomedical waste management.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to coordinate emergency and routine cases.
• Participate in quality improvement, quality assurance, and infection‑control initiatives.
• Supervise IV class staff in bedside care tasks and maintain accurate departmental documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality and promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and coworkers.

Required profile

• Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery or B.Sc. Nursing.
• Adherence to the specified dress code and possession of a valid ID card.
• Willingness to work shift hours as scheduled.
