Staff Engineer - Golang + Storage

About the role

Our team is seeking a skilled Staff Engineer to own key features and components of our Ecosystem Team. You will participate in all phases of software development, including requirements, design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop products in areas such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, and other cutting‑edge technologies.
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and implement automation tests for the CI/CD pipeline.
• Instrument code to collect metrics for monitoring and supportability.
• Address issues discovered in the CI pipeline or production environments.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and domain teams.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a focus on implementation excellence.
• Passionate about quality and solving complex problems.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in an agile manner.

Required skills

• 12+ years of hands‑on Golang development.
• Strong experience in the storage domain.
• System design and object‑oriented design expertise.
• Implementation of REST APIs and integration with front‑end services.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
