Sr. Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads large‑scale, complex projects, establishing governance that matches project needs and delivering maximum value to stakeholders. The role oversees planning, execution, and performance tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility for large‑scale initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and adapt detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with organizational strategy.
• Organize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Implement and maintain project governance structures and change‑control processes.
• Collect, analyze, and use project data to drive decision‑making and performance.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish quality‑assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Support pre‑sales activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Facilitate seamless integration of partner services into delivered solutions.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile or hybrid projects, promoting collaboration and value creation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in project management.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile, Hybrid, or Scrum methodologies and ability to serve as Scrum Master.
• Strong stakeholder management and pre‑sales involvement.
• Ability to manage project financials, governance, and quality assurance.
