Sr. Incentive Analytics Manager

About the role

Forma.ai is a Series B startup transforming sales compensation design, management and optimization. The Sr. Incentive Analytics Manager will work with new and existing customers to implement platform features, optimize incentive processes and drive revenue‑driving insights.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new platform features and manage client processes for both new and existing customers.
• Gather requirements, conduct data analysis and quality control for incentive compensation plans.
• Build, test and automate workflows, reporting and dashboarding to improve visibility of incentive processes.
• Lead onboarding activities, including rule building, process execution and product support.
• Support design projects with financial modelling, project planning and customer workshops.
• Act as primary contact for senior customer stakeholders and convey feedback to product teams.
• Hire, coach and develop a high‑performing team of analysts, associates and managers.

Required profile

• Education or background in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics or Statistics.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and strong understanding of database structures and workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel for data profiling, segmentation and aggregation.
• Analytical problem‑solving, organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
