Sr. HRIS Analyst

About the role

The Senior HRIS Analyst will own the administration and maintenance of NationsBenefits' UKG Core HR and Workforce Management platforms. This position ensures accurate employee data, processes system updates, and delivers timely support to both employees and managers while operating in a high‑volume, SLA‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer UKG modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Document Manager) and process all employee lifecycle transactions.
• Maintain system security roles, user access permissions, and conduct routine data audits and reconciliations.
• Manage and resolve HRIS tickets within defined SLAs, coordinating with IT, HR, Payroll, and UKG support as needed.
• Validate employee data for payroll processing and generate standard and ad‑hoc reports for business leaders.
• Document processes, SOPs, and case resolutions while identifying recurring issues for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on HRIS experience, specifically administering UKG (UKG Pro or UKG Ready).
• Proven ability to work in a ticket‑based support environment with strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
• Experience supporting multi‑state or multi‑location workforces and handling data integrations or file feeds.
