Sr. Associate, Quality Management Systems (QMS)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to support its Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the Quality & Regulatory Affairs function. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with global, local and internal regulations, driving quality improvement initiatives, and managing the lifecycle of critical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on regulatory compliance and GxP requirements.
• Coordinate and execute quality improvement projects across global sites.
• Maintain and harmonize the QMS, including document control, change control, CAPA, and non‑conformance investigations.
• Develop and deliver instructional materials such as eLearning modules, SCORM packages, infographics, job aids, facilitator guides and video scripts.
• Support Quality Information Systems and training programs to sustain a robust quality framework.
• Monitor industry trends, Health Authority expectations and ensure alignment with internal SOPs.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of GxP regulations and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and self‑direction abilities to make decisions within assigned scope.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and global sites.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs, maintain accurate documentation and complete required training.
