Sr. Analyst – Account to Report

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance team as a Sr. Analyst – Account to Report, supporting the Global Services Finance organization. You will work on end‑to‑end accounting processes for balance‑sheet and income‑statement items, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain timely closing and execution of financial periods in line with SLAs, SOX, and internal audit requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of actuals within the assigned entity scope.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and address open items.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new team members and BPO partners.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
• Identify compliance risks, recommend solutions, and uphold strong internal controls.

Required profile

• Professional qualification: CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a shared‑services or multinational environment.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and adapt to global service demands.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
