SQL Developer – 3 to 5 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust database solutions. The role supports enterprise applications by ensuring efficient data processing, reporting, and system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases and related objects.
• Create and optimize stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and complex queries.
• Perform query optimization and performance tuning to improve database efficiency.
• Analyze execution plans and troubleshoot slow‑running queries.
• Support application integration and backend data processing requirements.
• Monitor database performance, resolve production issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain security, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders for requirement analysis and implementation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in SQL development.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize database solutions.
• Experience working closely with application teams and business stakeholders.
