About the role

Balrampur Multi Speciality Hospital is seeking experienced specialist doctors across multiple clinical areas to join its 120‑bed, state‑of‑the‑art facility. The role involves delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care in a modern, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care in assigned specialty (e.g., General Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Neonatology, OBGYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Neurosurgery).
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to treatment planning.
• Utilise hospital’s advanced diagnostics (CT, MRI, laboratory) and therapeutic facilities (ICU, NICU, dialysis).
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Mentor junior staff and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD/DM/DNB/MS/MD) with recognized specialization.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented hospital setting.

Required skills

• Clinical diagnosis and patient assessment.
• Surgical techniques (where applicable).
• Use of advanced imaging and laboratory equipment.
