Specialist Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Specialist Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition to lead sourcing initiatives for critical hiring needs in Hyderabad. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and recruiting activities for assigned roles and business priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and timelines.
• Build candidate pipelines using market research, sourcing tools, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates and coordinate their progression through the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring progress in recruiting systems and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related sourcing functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
