Spanish Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and enthusiastic Spanish Team Leader for our travel helpdesk department. The role focuses on converting inbound Spanish calls into sales opportunities while delivering the highest level of customer service and the best travel deals in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound Spanish calls and transform them into revenue‑generating sales interactions.
• Provide corporate clients and business partners with optimal routing, competitive fares, and comprehensive travel solutions.
• Assist customers with travel planning, including flight, hotel, car rental, and extra activities packages.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market offers and ensure the best possible deals are presented.

Required profile

• Excellent Spanish communication skills and good English comprehension.
• Diploma completion with B1/B2 certification in Spanish.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and experience with Global Distribution Systems.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Fresh graduates with relevant language knowledge are welcome.
