Spanish-speaking Manual QA Tester – IVA/IVR (Remote, 12+ month)

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Manual QA Tester to join our offshore team on a 12‑month contract. The role focuses on testing IVR/IVA and other conversational AI systems while working in the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Design test plans and create detailed test cases for IVR/IVA and NLP‑driven applications.
• Execute tests independently and manage the full defect lifecycle.
• Verify logs, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure accurate defect reporting.
• Validate conversational flows in both Spanish and English.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners using Jira or similar defect management tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on manual QA experience.
• Proven experience testing IVR, IVA or other conversational systems.
• Strong understanding of conversational design principles.
• Fluent or native Spanish for conversational validation.
• Ability to work remotely following EST business hours.
