About the role

DrugDropRx is seeking a bilingual Spanish Interpreter to join its remote team. The role supports pharmacies across New Jersey by facilitating clear communication between healthcare professionals and Spanish‑speaking clients. This full‑time position is ideal for candidates fluent in both Spanish and English who want to apply their language skills in a medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate Spanish‑to‑English and English‑to‑Spanish interpretation for pharmacy and healthcare conversations.
• Perform simultaneous interpretation during real‑time calls and video conferences.
• Translate written documents, patient‑facing communications, and other materials as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely support and address client inquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Strong command of medical and pharmacy terminology.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple calls efficiently.
• Excellent cultural competence, active listening, and attention to detail.
• Customer‑service orientation with solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
