Spanish Customer Support Representative (Voice)

About the role

Join the Customer Support team to provide bilingual Spanish assistance via inbound and outbound calls. You will help customers across the United States and Canada, ensuring they receive accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls according to business needs.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through courteous service.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
• Promote additional features and options relevant to each scenario.
• Escalate complex queries and work with internal teams to find solutions.
• Collaborate with other CSR agents and departments to deliver consistent support.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in a Spanish‑language support or call‑center environment.
• Certified B1/B2 level proficiency in Spanish.
• Graduate degree (any field).
• Ability to work rotating shift schedules.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong call‑handling abilities.
• Multitasking capability in a fast‑paced environment.
