Solution Engineer – Enterprise Implementation

About the role

Solution Engineers at TransPerfect work closely with internal teams and clients to design, configure and deploy enterprise‑level implementations of the GlobalLink product suite. Based in Pune, you will be the primary technical liaison for international customers, ensuring successful delivery of translation and content‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze configuration requirements from clients in partnership with Solutions Architects.
• Draft detailed project plans, timelines and risk analyses to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate installation, set‑up and upgrades of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integrators.
• Verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client specifications.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact and escalation hub for both internal teams and external clients.
• Assist the support team with client configuration issues and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product Management to report technical issues and request new functionalities.
• Mentor new team members, prepare trainings and procedural documentation.
• Create custom MySQL reports for clients and contribute to internal improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a client‑facing, project‑management or solution‑implementation role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and interpret logs.
• Experience with web technologies (web servers, application servers, Tomcat) and Linux environments.
