Solution Engineer – AI Platform (Mumbai)

About the role

DevRev is seeking a domain‑first, systems‑oriented Solution Engineer to help customers unlock value from their data using the company’s AI platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging real‑world industrial data with AI‑driven workflows and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand domain workflows, systems, and data flows in sectors such as renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing, and IoT.
• Translate sensor data, logs, and events into actionable insights, automated workflows, and AI‑driven actions.
• Design and showcase end‑to‑end solutions covering data ingestion, processing, decision making, and execution.
• Deliver tailored demos, proofs of concept, and solution walkthroughs grounded in real‑world use cases.
• Support integrations with external systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Contribute to technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures.
• Stay current on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into customer conversations.

Required profile

• Domain expertise in renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing, industrial systems, or IoT environments.
• Strong system‑level thinking with experience building data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Ability to translate raw data into insights, workflows, and automated actions.
• Exposure to AI/ML use cases such as predictive maintenance, vision systems, or log‑stream analysis.
