Solar PV Installation Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Solar PV Installation Trainer to deliver practical, industry‑focused training to aspiring solar professionals. Based in Vasind, Maharashtra, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of experts in renewable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands‑on sessions covering Solar PV Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Train candidates on rooftop, on‑grid, off‑grid, and hybrid solar system configurations.
• Demonstrate installation procedures, wiring, mounting structures, inverter setup, and battery integration while adhering to electrical safety standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and other training materials.
• Evaluate trainee performance through theory and practical examinations.
• Maintain solar labs, training kits, and related equipment.
• Support workshops, certification programs, and curriculum development initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma, B.Tech or B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, or technical training.
• Fluent communication skills in English or Marathi.
• Personal laptop for PPT‑based classroom sessions.
