Software Instructor – Teach Python, Java, Full‑Stack & Cloud

About the role

Elevate Academy is seeking a passionate Software Instructor to deliver industry‑focused training to aspiring IT professionals. You will lead both classroom and online sessions, helping students master current software technologies and build real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective classroom and virtual training sessions across one or more technology stacks.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands‑on exercises.
• Guide students through coding practice, projects, and case‑study simulations.
• Continuously update course content to reflect evolving industry standards.
• Assess student performance via tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Provide individual mentoring, technical guidance, and interview preparation.
• Collaborate with placement and academic teams to enhance employability.
• Maintain attendance, progress records, and training reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in software development, testing, data analytics, cloud technologies or technical training.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students toward successful IT careers.
