Software Engineer (Laravel + Vue.js/React.js)

About the role

Zignuts Technolab is seeking a versatile full‑stack Software Engineer who can build and maintain web applications using Laravel on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend. The role involves collaborating with project managers, designers, and QA to deliver high‑quality solutions for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (PHP) applications.
• Create responsive user interfaces with Vue.js or React.js.
• Customize and extend WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS sites.
• Design and optimise MySQL database schemas, queries, and relationships.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services.
• Build admin panels and dashboards using Laravel Filament.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Manage source code with Git, following proper branching workflows.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on Laravel development experience.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, database design, and query optimisation.
• Practical experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
• Proficiency in Vue.js or React.js and associated state‑management libraries (Vuex, Redux, Pinia).
• Familiarity with Laravel Filament for admin interfaces.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, OOP, and MVC architecture.
• Good problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.
