Software Engineer

About the role

Granicus is looking for a Software Engineer to join its SaaS product team. You will work on building, improving, and maintaining cloud‑based solutions that connect governments with their constituents.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality SaaS solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, performant, and highly available software components.
• Implement new features and resolve bugs using established design patterns and best practices.
• Continuously improve product architecture and software development processes.
• Support and maintain existing products, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Provide technical training and champion core engineering values.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Utilize modern development tools such as CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, and DevOps platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevOps platforms.
• Proficiency in using modern IDEs.
