Software Engineer II – Network Driver Platform

About the role

The Network Driver Platform team is seeking a Software Engineer II to enhance Windows networking quality, reliability, and compatibility. You will work on the HLK network test framework and maintain DPDK support on Windows, collaborating with internal teams, hardware vendors, and open‑source contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HLK network test infrastructure for driver certification.
• Maintain and evolve DPDK integration on Windows, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Debug, validate, and troubleshoot networking drivers across client, server, and virtualized environments.
• Collaborate with internal engineering groups, IHVs, and external partners to resolve issues and improve test coverage.
• Contribute to open‑source communities and documentation related to DPDK and networking tests.

Required profile

• Strong fundamentals in systems software and networking concepts.
• Experience with driver development or low‑level Windows programming.
• Proven debugging and problem‑solving skills in complex software stacks.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and external partners.
