Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high‑quality code in at least one modern programming language.
• Leverage enterprise‑authorized AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, unit‑test creation, and documentation while validating outputs through peer review and automated testing.
• Design and troubleshoot software components with awareness of upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate incident triage, post‑incident analysis, and operational data handling in line with security requirements.
• Analyze large data sets to identify problems, drive decision‑making, and improve application reliability.
• Identify recurring operational toil and reliability risks, prioritizing reusable improvements and measurable SLO outcomes.

Required profile

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Proven ability to critically evaluate and validate AI‑generated code, tests, or documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Knowledge of database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with enterprise‑authorized AI‑assisted development tools.
