Software Engineer II – Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to drive our customer experience strategy by building and enhancing scalable, secure micro‑services. The role focuses on full‑stack development using Java and modern cloud‑native technologies within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Java 8+ micro‑services following SOLID principles and using Spring Boot.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Choose appropriate persistence solutions (RDBMS, NoSQL) based on business needs.
• Apply coding best practices and code‑quality gates throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct proofs‑of‑concept and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to Agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Passionate full‑stack developer with strong product development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with knowledge of event‑driven architectures.
• Experience building online/real‑time systems and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and provide technical mentorship.
