Software Engineer II (3-6 years in ASP.NET, C#) – Pune

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join the Worldpay Alternatives Payments team in Pune. The role involves developing and enhancing .NET based applications that support global commerce and payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and debug .NET applications using ASP.NET MVC, Web API and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with product owners and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews, refactor existing workflows, and ensure security compliance using tools such as Checkmarx, Sonar and Blackduck.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift, monitor applications with Splunk and support junior team members.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with architects and development managers.
