Software Engineer – Full‑Stack (Ruby/Python, React)

About the role

Join Cisco Meraki’s Dashboard team to build intuitive, powerful workflows that help IT professionals manage networking devices at scale. You will work across the full stack, collaborating with engineers, product managers and UX designers to deliver secure, high‑performance cloud‑managed solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build intuitive workflows for IT professionals worldwide.
• Develop and maintain tools for configuring and monitoring networking devices.
• Solve scaling challenges to ensure high performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and fellow engineers.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience writing production‑grade code and automated tests.
• 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails or Python.
• 1+ years of experience building rich web UIs using React, Redux and JavaScript.
• Enjoy working in a small, fast‑moving team and tackling open‑ended problems.
• Passionate about technology and able to inspire teammates.
