Software Engineer - Fullstack

About the role

DigiCert, a global leader in digital trust, is expanding its engineering team in Bangalore. The role focuses on building and maintaining full‑stack applications for the DigiCert ONE platform, supporting PKI, DNS, and certificate lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Write efficient and maintainable code following best practices.
• Design, query, and optimise database solutions for scalability and performance.
• Debug and resolve coding, design, and database issues under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• Update and maintain existing software and database components as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience (including internships or personal projects).
• Experience with Java or a similar language (Python is a plus).
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Eagerness to learn RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to ask questions.
