Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer (Java+React)

About the role

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Java and React, you will design, build, and maintain web applications that meet business requirements and deliver an excellent user experience. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week on‑site at our Magarpatta City office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance general application software and specialized programs.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Build and optimise backend services using Java, Spring Boot and micro‑services architecture.
• Develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment and ensure high‑quality code delivery.

Required profile

• B.Tech/B.E. (any specialization) or BCA; post‑graduate degrees (M.Tech/M.E., MCA) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage workload under pressure.

Required skills

• Core: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React.js, Next.js, REST API development, MSSQL/MySQL, micro‑services, object‑oriented design, Git.
• Additional: Node.js, Express.js, Elasticsearch, Neo4j, NoSQL databases, Azure cloud services, CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
