Software Engineer - Full-Stack & Cloud Systems

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Bangalore team. You will design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure cloud‑native applications that connect full‑stack development, cloud infrastructure, and data‑driven systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑grade backend services using NodeJS.NET Core, and Python.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event‑driven communication via WebSockets.
• Develop modern frontend components with Angular or React, leveraging TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Architect and automate AWS infrastructure (EC2, ALB, Lambda, Step Functions) using Terraform and Docker.
• Create CI/CD pipelines, manage Git workflows, and ensure reliable deployments.
• Design relational (SQL) and NoSQL database schemas, and develop batch or streaming ETL processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of autonomous problem‑solving.
• Strong attention to detail, passion for learning, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
